Shipping Information:

SoftwareNoggin ships packages Monday through Friday. Most orders received before 12:00pm (PAC) will be sent the same day. Free shipping applies only to the continental United States, additional charges apply for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. SoftwareNoggin does not ship internationally or to freight forwarders.

International Shipping Terms:

We ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii for a standard shipping fee of $30.00. For all other international shipments, please contact customerservice@softwarenoggin.com.

Software Return Policy:

Unopened software: SoftwareNoggin will accept returns of unopened software within 30 days of the purchase date. The software must be in the original condition and must not be damaged or altered in any way. The product must include the product key codes. You will be charged a minimum 3.5% credit card processing fee and a shipping and handling fee.
